The services that we render include the following:

• All labour law and labour relations related services
• Mining law and mining licences
• Drafting of relevant policies
• Investigation of misconduct, presiding over disciplinary hearings or representing the employer in disciplinary hearings
• Conducting normal or large-scale retrenchments
• Conducting wage negotiations
• Conducting transfers as a going concern in terms of Section 197 of the LRA or share sale agreements
• Conduct CCMA or private arbitrations hearings or processes
• Conduct review applications in the labour court
• Conduct any training in all areas of labour legislation or labour relations Including capacity building sessions, dispute resolutions and conflict management
• Assist and conduct all Employment Equity processes
• Attend, assist and advise as legal advisor in future forum meetings, EXCO or any other management meetings
• Assist in the drafting and management of SLP's
